We also use short-lived browser session storage (not a cookie) to remember the detected region for the duration of your visit.
The contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which loads only on that page and may set its own cookies to distinguish humans from automated abuse. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that service.
Region detection
To show region-appropriate legal information, our server derives an approximate country-level location from your IP address using a locally bundled database. Your IP address is not sent to any third party for this purpose and the result is not used for marketing or profiling.
Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. Because this site sets only essential cookies, blocking them simply means the cookie notice may reappear.
If we add analytics later
If we introduce analytics or any non-essential cookies in future, this policy will be updated first and — where required by your region’s law — nothing non-essential will be set without your opt-in consent.
